Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to reschedule the time your child is planning to attend the Mountain Laurel Summer Program. We are happy to reschedule your child's registration on a complimentary basis for the first occurrence. Additional rescheduled dates may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25 per occurrence. Cancelling your child's registration completely will be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below. Rescheduled dates are not guaranteed and are subject to capacity availability. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Our Summer Program Cancellation and Refund Policy recognizes our investment in our valued staff, program design and planning, and the purchase of supplies before each week begins. Last-minute cancellations often prevent families on the waiting list from being able to enroll, as they often have made other plans. In such instances, we cannot necessarily recover our compensation and other expenses when you cancel.
Refunds on cancellations for registrations made on or before March 1st are as follows:
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the first day of a program will receive a full refund less a non-refundable $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to the first day of a program will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds on cancellations for registrations made after March 1st are as follows:
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the first day of a program will receive a full refund less a non-refundable $30 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to the first day of a program will receive a 75% refund.
Final payments and completed forms are due prior to the first day your child will be attending the Summer Program.
